She is also a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Dove completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, where she also minored in Sociology and Critical Race Studies.

Dove is passionate about helping individuals and couples build healthier, more meaningful relationships. She supports clients in understanding and navigating the complex dynamics that arise in romantic relationships, friendships, family systems, and professional relationships. Whether clients are struggling with communication challenges, conflict, boundaries, trust, emotional disconnection, or recurring relational patterns, Dove provides a supportive space to gain insight and develop practical tools for change. As a Gottman Level 1 & 2 Certified therapist, trained through the Gottman Institute, she works with couples to strengthen emotional connection, improve communication, and foster lasting relationship satisfaction.

In addition to her work with relationships, Dove has extensive experience supporting individuals with trauma, PTSD, and the impact of past experiences. She works with clients who feel stuck and experience emotional triggers rooted in earlier life events.

Dove has experience supporting clients facing a variety of health-related concerns, including chronic pain, complex medical conditions, and women's health challenges. Her work includes helping individuals manage the emotional impact of conditions such as endometriosis, POTS, chronic migraines, and medically unexplained symptoms. She also supports women throughout the fertility, perinatal, and postpartum journey, including fertility struggles, pregnancy-related concerns, postpartum adjustment, identity transitions, and the emotional challenges that can accompany these experiences.

Her therapeutic work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Time-Limited Psychodynamic Therapy (TLDP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). Dove integrates these modalities thoughtfully, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique experiences, relationships, and goals.
